What controls the unit of the NX prt file result from performing "File -> Open" to open / import a JT file?
Solution
The following customer defaults control the unit of the prt file created as result of opening a JT file using File -> Open command:
Gateway -> General, under "Part" tab, there is a setting for "Default Units" (Inches and Millimeters are the two choices).
