Not materials are listed in the Assign Materials dialog.

Solution

 In the Assign Materials dialog, check the title of the Materials section of 

the dialog. If it has the word (Filtered) next to it the filter will need to 

deleted.

Place the cursor in the materials area of the dialog and do a Right Mouse 

Button, select "Delete Filter". The materials will then be listed in the 

window.
