NX Drafting Surface Finish dialog is missing some Attributes

The Surface Finish Symbol dialog is missing some fields in the Attributes area.

Solution

Go to Customer Defaults --> Drafting --> General/Setup -->Standard tab --> Customize Standard.


This will let you modify the standard related preferences. For Surface Finish you can go to: 
Annotation --> Surface Finish Symbol --> Settings tab.


Here you can find the settings for each attribute. You can disable one or more depending on your requirements. After setting the values, you must Save the settings to the standard and restart NX.



Once you restart NX, if you launch Surface Finish dialog with this standard, you will get the attributes as per the settings you specified earlier.
