If you have Part Attributes in the master model that you want to use to create notes or labels in your Specification drawing or just a master model drawing file, what do you need to do?




Solution

The following procedure can be used for inserting Part Attributes into drafting notes and labels when working with a specification drawing or a master model drawing.
 
1) .    Access Note in Ribbon Toolbar or Menu --> Annotation --> Note

2) .    Make sure to toggle Dialog Options in upper left gear to Note (More) to display the dialog fully.

3) .   Open Text Input --> Symbols --> Category --> Relationships --> Insert Object Attribute
When Target Object dialog appears --> Set Selection Filter to Component
4).     Select the component in your drawing view or you can select the component from any level in the        Assembly Navigator.

5).     Select the attribute in the Attributes Dialog --> OK
6).      You can then see the attribute title in the format below
7).       You can place the note on your drawing:
