After upgrading from Solid Edge ST8 to ST9 the users are unable to check out Insight managed documents.
Solution
Update the options.xml file to ST9 has been found to resolve this. To update the file you can open it with the ST9 SEAdmin.exe and save, or you can create a new options.xml file with the ST9 SEAdmin.exe.
