In Solid Edge ST9 and Teamcenter 10.1.6, when I am logged in Teamcenter,
I cannot create a new object (part, assembly, etc.) using templates shortcuts
on the "New" page.
Steps performed:
1. Open Solid Edge
2. Log in Teamcenter
3. "Application" button -> "New"
4. Click on a template icon
5. Error message: it is impossible to connect to the template
Solution
Try deleting all files in the Teamcenter cache:
(c:\users\<user name>\Teamcenter\)
Then restart Solid Edge Embedded Client and see if this resolves the problem.
