If a second folder with the same name as defined in SEEC_Template_Folder_Name
exists in the Home folder, SEEC is unable to download the managed templates.
Solution
In SEEC, after cleaning the local cache, the template files are not
downloaded anymore and local templates are used instead.
In this case the user cut and pasted the "Solid Edge Templates" folder
to the Newstuff folder of infodba. They then ran the "Import Solid Edge
Templates" tool again to upload a new set of templates.
To fix this check the Home location defined in SEEC_Template_Username
to see if a duplicate template folder exists.
If a duplicate template folder exists delete or rename the duplicate
template folder.
