Use Dimension Axis for Centermark on an Ellipse

Controlling the axis of a Center Mark on an ellipse in Draft is a problem. It always orients

itself with the major/minor axis of the ellipse.

You can work around this by using the Center Line command twice, once for the

X-axis, and one for the Y-axis, then adjust the endpoints to look uniform. Notes
