Solid Edge Section unavailable in Design and Drafting

I am using Solid Edge Design and Drafting.  I notice in a part file that 'Section' is not available (PMI -> Model Views).  Why is this?

'Section' is not a supported feature in Solid Edge Design and Drafting.
