Save Management functionality behavior when part is in users ownership

Create below preferences in Teamcenter,

        A)  TC_NX_CM_AutomatedDecision_Actions and set value "ObjectType=Item;Reason=Released;Actions=Revise,SaveAs,Save,Ignore"
        B) TC_NX_CM_SaveCandidates" and set value "All Modified,Owned by me,Owned by my group".
        C) TC_NX_CM_WorkingReleaseStatusList" and set value "Released,Pending,Approved"

1) Open TCIN
2) Create a part in NX and perform save.
3) Save management dialog doesn't pop up when save operation is performed.

Solution

If you are saving a part to which you have write access, then the save operation is performed normally and save management is not used. If you are saving and assembly and you have write access to some of the parts being saved, those parts are not considered for save management in the Save dialog box.
