During the import Solid Edge templates, the following error message is returned:

"An unexpected error occurred while importing the Solid Edge templates.  Correct the issue using the information captured in the log file and then import your templates.

Solution

This could happen if the SEEC_ItemTypeList_* preferences, defined for each of the Solid Edge file types, contain a value of "All".  Edit each of the SEEC_ItemTypeList preferences and remove the "All" entry.
