Solid Edge The "All Sites" scope option is not allowed to be selected in the Where Used dialog

The "All Sites" scope option is not allowed to be selected in the Where Used dialog when performing where used operations against Insight/SharePoint managed data.

Solution

You need to open Solid Edge Options -> Manage page and select the "Scopes" button.  Then you can check the "All Sites" box.  After this the "All Sites" scope should be available in the Where Used function.
