NX Dimensions are not converted using ug_convert_part

After converting the units of a part file, the dimensions are still in the original units.

Solution

The only utility that converts units is the ug_convert_part utility, but that only converts the internal units of the file, not dimensions on drawings.  

Edit the Setting of the dimensions and change the units from Inches to Millimeters.  This can be applied to multiple dimensions at once:

1) Select the dimension, right mouse click and choose Style.
2) Select the Units tab and under "Linear Format and Units" change the unit from Inches to
    Millimeters.
3) Select OK.
