How do you point to a common location for Roles?
Solution
Set the following variable:
UGII_USER_PROFILE_DIR = <path>
Enter the path to the folder where the "user.mtx" is located.
The variable UGII_USER_PROFILE_DIR will allow users to read and write to a user.mtx file placed in the location pointed to by this variable.
If user defined roles are not created then a "Roles" subdirectory is created at the location pointed to by the variable.
Also, you could use this. This will not need a user-defined directory. It uses the NX default directory and points to a specific file in that directory:
UGII_DEFAULT_ROLE = <file>.mtx
Note: The mtx file must be placed in the ugii\menus\roles directory for this variable to work.
