In this example the user has an issue with rebuilding his Teamcenter managed Solid Edge Standard Parts Library after moving to a new server.  They were able to create a new Standard Parts database and add parts from the "Teamcenter" folder.  However when they try to extend the Standard Parts database with the new (non-generated) parts an error results:
 
Error. The file cannot be added to the database because Teamcenter does not support files with the same file name in different folders.
 
How to load new categories to the Standard Parts database?



Solution

In this example the user has renamed some of the folders (category) in the Solid Edge Standard Parts\Teamcenter folder.  Consequently when adding new categories to the database there is a conflict with file names.  The solution is to rename the folder back to the original names. 

Advice: Do not change folder/file names of Standard Parts.
