When placing Ejector Pins they are getting trimmed against the parting zone
plates, rather than against the part itself.
Solution
Ejector pins get trimmed differently depending on where in the assembly structure the sketch used to place pins lies. If you place the sketch in the top level assembly, the ejector pins will just trim against the core plate. To get them to trim against the part, their parent sketch must be in the PartingZone1Constructions assembly. So, before placing the sketch, in-place activate (Edit) into that assembly. (Or place them at the top level and use Copy Sketch to push them down into the appropriate level). Now when you place your ejector pins at the top level, they will trim against the part.
