NX Creating a Reference Subop in a Generic Motion Operation

When selecting "Add New Sub-Operation", Reference Subop is not in the listing as "Move Type".

• MB3 on the Generic Motion operation.
• Select 'Object-->Customize'.
• In the Items Used group, expand Sub-Operation Manager.

• Select Reference Subop --> Customize Sub Dialog.

The Customize Sub Dialog box will open.

• Add the desired Dialog Item Type to the Items Used group (see image below).

• Upon adding the desired types, select OK from the "Customize Sub Dialog" dialog box.

It will return back to the main dialog box for the operation.

•  Select the Name of the operation in the "Sub-Operations" group and then select  "Add New Sub-Operation"  (see image below).

• Reference Subop now appears on the listing.
