Details
To place rounds and fillets on all edges of a part, you must select first all rounds and then all fillets in the drop-down menu of the toolbar - there is no key that allows you to do it in one command.
Solution
To select all edges of a part in order to place rounds and fillets, you must use the mouse and fence select the entire part. This process also allows you to place rounds and fillets on a partial area of the part defined by the fence select.
