MPC are not created using Kinematic universal connection in Nastran Env
MPC are note created automatically
Steps to follow to create Kinematic universal connection:
- In .fem create Kinematic Universal connection
Define the Target 1 and 2.
Define the Axis (rotation along X direction)
Define Connexion type (for an Hinge select "Pivot" the rotation will be around X Axis)
Kinematic Connection will be created
- Automatic Elements
One Kinematic Connection will be found (MCP In NXNastran Environment) Constraint equation collector will be created with one "Kinematic Element"
The MPC has to be generated Manually from the .Sim(Its not done automatically)
- In .sim, create a Nastran Solution4.New Constraint\Manual CouplingMultiple MPCSelect the "Kinematic Element" generated in .fem
One manual coupling is created
When the Nastran input file will be generated it will contain the 5 expected MPC
