Solid Edge Unable to get a Home Use License

Running with a Solid Edge Foundation Subscription License and the Home use License is not available. 

However the commercial Design & Drafting License has the Home Use License option. 

Subscription Licenses do not include a Home Use License option. They only come with a 30 Day Travel License.
