Solution

Writes JT files for the specified assembly as per the structureOption set in the JT configuration file. The structureOption supports all structure options like PER_PART , MIMIC , MONOLITHIC , FULL_SHATTER . Depending on the options set by the structureOption option, the translator creates a file structure for the output files

-honour_structure option will ensure you get the output in JT of all the objects same as what you see in NX during export.
