Solid Edge Can user change the file properties at once?

User using the parts in assembly some with server name and same with IP (old method he used to follow) .
Because of which he is facing multiple issue such as wrong quantity in bill of material; where used command is not working etc..
Is there any way by which we can convert the parts properties drag from IP to server name.
