Summary

Details

While creating a threaded hole, getting error message as 'The Hole pitch must be greater than zero'.
Hence you will not be able to create threaded holes in part modeling.

Solution

In Solid Edge 2019 there is a Pitch column in the hole options.
In previous SE versions we did not have this option, so if you are using the older version Excel sheet then it will not have the Pitch column in it and you will see the "Improper value, The Hole pitch must be greater than zero" message.
You can either add the column or replace the Excel sheet with the new 2019 version.
