DXF/DWG export is not exporting text and dimensions

DXF/DWG Export Wizard will not export text and dimensions.

Solution

Resetting the dialog memory in the AutoCAD DXF/DWG Export Wizard resolved the issue.  This can be done bu clicking the 270 degree arrow at the top right of the AutoCAD DXF/DWG Export Wizard dialog as pictured below.
