NX Customer Defaults "Enter application where Part was Last Saved or Displayed" is gone in NX12

There was the following setting given in NX11.
The same setting isn't available in NX12 anymore.

Solution

The "Enter Application where Part was last saved or displayed" customer default was removed in NX12 to support Multiple Display Parts workflow.

"Enter Application where Part was Last Saved or Displayed" is always on by default from now on.

In NX12 upcoming license messages (e.g. because a user without a CAM license open a prt last save in Manufacturing) are not wanted and do not show up in NX1847. This was changed by PR 9212524.
