NX X Renew feature on Scale Body - Non uniform does not work

If you Launch Renew Feature Dialog for a scaled Body an Errormessage comes up
and Scale Body fails.

Solution

If the feature is created in NX 11.0.1, where the error returned by parasolid API was not handled and not shown customer facing error. 

In this version feature reported as passed/succeed even if there was an error returned by parasolid .

Even after scale the body properties are not changed , it is not actually scaled but Scale feature is created. This was wrong.

Actually it should fail.
