After an 'Over the Web' deployment of Teamcenter and Solid Edge Embedded Client (SEEC) the user is unable to login to Teamcenter via SEEC. However, they can login to the Teamcenter RAC without problems.
Solution
Check the TeamcenterDBList.xml or run the "Define Teamcenter Environment" application again on the client. Sometimes the TeamcenterDBList.xml is not correct or gets corrupted after a deployment.
