NX The Measure command is delayed when using the Object option and Body Faces Face Rule filter

When using the 'Object' option in the 'Object to Measure' section of the Measure dialog and setting the Face Rule filter to 'Body Faces', the Measure command has a delay in calculating the measurements.

Solution

The performance of the Measure command when measuring many faces at once has been greatly improved in NX 1872.   The workaround to improve performance for NX12.0, is to disable the 'Center of Gravity' calculation.   To disable this, click the 'Preferences' button in the Measure dialog and disable the 'Center of Gravity' toggle located in the 'Measurements' section under the 'Face' tab in the Measurement Preferences dialog.
