Solid Edge Property text not updated

In this example the user has an assembly which is used in a drawing. In the drawing they have a created a table and used the Property text of the title of the assembly - %{Title|R1} (Multi Drill Assembly Layout 1) in the Title text field.

As the table appears in the However if they open the assembly and edit its File Properties so that 'Title' is modified to 'Multi Drill Assembly Layout 1', when they return to the drawing and update the views the Title field in the block is not updated.  Why?

Solution

The model file does not mark the file as out of date as a result of the property change.  Consequently the drawing does not directly know that the change was made.  The way to update the 'Title' text field is to hit 'Update All' in the 'Property Text' menu of the drawing.
