NX Help videos in the documentation do not display in Google Chrome

Opening Help videos from the documentation do not work in Google Chrome. The 
pages stay empty and the video does not start. 

Solution

First of all, we are working on making all videos for the future to run in 
HTML5, unfortunately this is not yet true for a lot of existing videos. These 
are still using Adobe Flash.


The Chrome browser unfortunately blocks flash by default because of possible 
security hazards. 


When you do want to use this for our documentation website, there is a way 
around this though.


Open in Chrome the following page:


chrome://settings/content


Go to the Allow section, and click Add:

 
In the new window that opens fill in http://docs.plm.automation.siemens.com
and click on "Add"




Now it should work just fine.
