After opening parasolid file in NX, switching to Drafting application to create new sheet is not listing the desired sheet template.
Solution
Make sure the NX prt file resulting from the parasolid import is of the same units as the sheet template that is intended to be used.
Since "File > Open" method of opening a parasolid file will only create a metric units NX prt file. When this happens, the Create Sheet command using a sheet template will automatically filter out sheet templates of different units.
