Solid Edge 2019 will not uninstall or reinstall on new laptop
Solution
After several attempts to uninstall Solid Edge, plus cleanup the registry,
system still saw Solid Edge as being on the machine, but wouldn't run,
preventing from repairing. Had to white list a Solid Edge .dll so Cylance
(virus scanner) would allow Solid Edge to install. We will invesitgate this so
that the JUtil.dll is not blocked in the future with this virus scanning tool.
MS Firewall was off and supposedly so was the virus scanner. It wasn't until
the .dll was white listed that Solid Edge could "properly" install.
