When trying to Reset Tables, receiving error:
"Failed to stop eMSAgent notification service"Also, Association fails on the Sysroot with a permissions error.
Solution
Setting the eM-Server COM+ Identity to "This User", with the current logged in user credentials resolved the problem.
Windows 10 does not allow automatic elevation of privilege during the operations when using the Interactive User. This was not an issue in Windows 7.
