When creating / editing Radial dimension it takes a lot of clicks and menu navigation to change the Arrow Orientation from In to Out and vice versa.
Solution
The quickest way to switch the Arrow Orientation between In / Out is to use the right-hand mouse button menu option '
Arrowhead Orientation - In / Out', rather than using command '
Settings' dialog.
Note that the '
Arrowhead Orientation' menu option is only available when the '
Radial Dimension Settings - Line/Arrow - Arrowhead - Workflow - Automatic Orientation' option is
OFF. (This can be set using the Custom Default '
Drafting - General/Setup - Standard - Customize Standard - Drafting Standard - Common - Line/Arrow - Arrowhead - Workflow - Automatic Orientation'.)
