NX Tabular Note has a comma delimiter instead of a period.

Change a Comma Delimiter to a Period in Tabular Notes.

Solution

'File -> Preferences -> Drafting -> Dimensions -> Text -> Units -> Decimal
Delimiter', and change the value from ", Comma" to ". Period" and update the
tabular note.
