Solution
Case specific, but error indicates a problem creatining a section of the part.
May be resolved by redefining the section:
In gemetry view:
1. edit the the parent Turning Workpiece
2. redefine the Part Spun Outline.
3. Define the section at a different orientation
PR 9274692 created as the error message does not sufficiently explain the
problem.
