Callouts do not synchronize to the TC BOM View Revision FindNo anymore.
How to fix this?
- Interaction model Traditional
- Apply to: Component
- Select attribute CALLOUT
Delete this Component-level attribute, and the Instance-level will appear again. This attribute will synchronize to the BVR.
The CALLOUT attribute only synchronizes the INSTANCE-level value to the BVR Findno. When the CALLOUT value is overruled at COMPONENT-level (Apply to) then this will not synchronize to the BVR. Also, be aware that only the first-level components will synchronize to the BVR. Callouts for components in subassemblies are synchronized to the BVR of the subassembly.

Solution
Open Component Properties --> Tab Attribute..- Interaction model Traditional
- Apply to: Component
- Select attribute CALLOUT
