When attempting to add a Holder in the Electrode Wizard, the message: "The
fixture template does not exist in Teamcenter. Make sure the name is correct
and the template has been imported into Teamcenter." is returned.
Solution
This is caused by having the Reference toggled ON in the Electrode Fixture
dialog Settings. Toggle this OFF and the Holder should be added fine.
