Steps to reproduce
1. Set customer defaults – Modeling – General – Edit sketch action: Direct Edit.
2. Create a new file and add multiple sketch features.
3. Edit the last sketch created -> Enter the direct sketch mode.
4. Edit other than the last sketch created -> Enter the task environment sketch.
* When creating multiple sketches and editing the last sketch feature, we can use other functionalities than the sketch command.
* When creating multiple sketches and editing the non-last sketch feature, we cannot use other functionalities other than the sketch command.

How to use other functionalities other than the sketch command, When creating multiple sketches and editing the non-last sketch feature?
Solution
The rule is that when we edit the sketch in Direct Sketch mode *and* the sketch is not the last sketch, we enter "Delay Model Update during Sketch Edit" mode.
In this mode, we restrict access to different functionalities.
For now, the workaround for the user is to toggle off the "Delay Model Update during Sketch Edit" if they want to access other functionalities when editing a non-last sketch in Direct Sketch
