Where are AltRep's, created in NX, stored and displayed in TC?


For Itemtype Design the Altrep dataset does not show in TC, but it can be 
found via search in TC.

Solution

For Itemtype Design the Altrep does not show by default. It needs to be added 
to the user options.


In the RAC go to Options (Edit -> options...)


Select the tab in Options view (left bottom): 


 Options 
 | 
 + -- General 
    | 
    + -- Item Revision


 Tab: General
   - Item Revision type selected = Design Revision
   - Add Altrep to "Shown Relations" list


Once applied the Altrep will show as Dataset under the Design Revision.
