How to use tcin_import command line utility to import prt file to have ID and
Revision attribute control the imported item ID and item Rev?

>tcin_import -u=user_name -p=password -default_n=attribute -number_a=${name of
the ID attribute} -revision_a=${name of the Revision attribute}
-asse=C:\test\sample.prt
