Why is Engineering Reference is greyed out?
Solution
Engineering Reference was taken out of the primary Solid Edge install .msi.
The purpose was to allow users that did not want SQL Express (which is a
pre-requisite for Engineering Reference 64bit) to install Solid Edge without the
requirement of SQL Express. When you put in the DVD or kickoff Autorun.exe,
the menu for install will have Engineering Reference listed as its own Install
selection.
