Initial and secondary revisioning is setup in Teamcenter. When saving a Solid
Edge file for the first time the user has to select the initial or the
secondary revisioning. Is there a way to always have the initial revisioning
used as the default revision when creating new data?
Solution
The easiest way to default to the initial revisioning is to add the first
revision to the Solid Edge template. If the initial revision is alpha, add
"A" to the template and the first time a file is saved to Teamcenter the
revision will be "A".
