Details
In order to display a PMI in certain model views, you can right click a PMI display instance and choose "Display"-> "in Views".
Being in "Display in views" dialog window and having multi-selected the target views you want the PMI to be displayed in, you should be able to choose whether to activate them by check marks or by selecting "Enable" from the context menu (RMB on the selected views).
But using the context menu method ("Enable"), you get only ONE of the multi selected views activated
Solution
The behavior of Enable/Disable in Display In Views... with multiple selection is working as designed.
To change the visibility of multiple selected views at once, use the checkboxes.
