Details
The message is displayed when the title block contains locked cells with deleted references. These cells will remain locked when create new file using the provided file as template.
Solution
When title block cell refers to deleted attribute and cell is locked, then following warning message is shown.
"The title block contains locked cells with deleted references.
These cells will remain locked."
If user want to change cell text of such cells, then he need to Edit title block definition and unlock cell.
