Details
Hole callout dimension settings cannot inherit if Reference Object is not selected.
Solution
While creating Dimension by selecting Hole Callout Method.
Whenever we select dimension to inherit before selecting the object. Hole callout cant inherit.
User first need to select Object before Inherit Hole Callout dimension.
Note: The settings can be inherited, if hole callout was associated to same type of hole feature.
