NX C++ Library error / translators - BEST SOLUTION: Install 11.0.2 MP08, NX 12.0.2

(1) After exhausting the certified nVidia graphics driver version as well as several 
      newer nVidia graphics driver versions on various machines - all experiencing the error:
 
      C++ Library errors with the translators

Solution

(1) This bug has been fixed in NX 12.0.2, and NX 11.0.2 MP08.
