Can the Insight_WebServiceLog.txt file be deleted from the server? It has
grown to approximately 30GB.
Solution
Check the server and see if Insight Logging is enabled. There is a command
under Insight called Toggle Insight Logging. If logging is enabled then
toggle it off and do an iisreset when you are able. After the iisreset you can
delete the log file.
Server logging is intended to be turned on only when there is a problem on
the server that needs to be logged and provided to GTAC. After the logs are
gathered and provided, the logging should be disabled.
