Is there a way to edit Non-Master Dataset Name via Assembly Clone?

Solution

Steps to edit a Non-Master during assembly clone process starting from a
Master Model Part and an open interactive assembly clone dialog:

- in Main Tab Add Assembly (e.g. the just created Master Model part)
- in "Non Masters/Associated Files Tab enable "Show Non-Masters in Exceptions
Dialog"
- in Numbering Tab click on Exceptions to the right of "Clone Numbering User
Number"
- select the UGMASTER and the UGPART and click on Apply:
for the UGMASTER change the Part Number as you want, OK and OK again for the
Attributes dialog and for the non master change the Part File Name as you
want, OK
- cancel the Naming Exceptions dialog
- back in Main Tab execute the cloning process
