Details
When translating a drawing to dxf, the arrowhead ("triangle") of GD&T symbols are missing.
-> Cannot see leader arrowheads!
Solution
This is AutoCAD limitation. AutoCAD does not display arrowheads if leader length is less. Please refer following link for more details:

"Leader arrowheads are not visible when the extension line of the leader is less than twice the size of the arrowhead. This is the expected behavior of leader arrowheads. To force arrowhead visibility, you must reduce the size of the arrowhead or increase the length of the leader extension line."
Workaround:
Datum symbols leader length can be increased by dragging it away from leader termination point.
